The approach
A 120-minute session designed around presence, not outcome. Five phases, one practitioner, no agenda. The work isn't aimed at something you'll measure in the mirror — it's aimed at bringing you back into contact with a body you may have been living slightly outside of. The only thing asked of you is that you arrive.

Sessions are held at Glow Cosmetique, 23 Ebony Close, Springvale VIC 3171— a considered, private space in Melbourne's south-east, by appointment only.
