What we collect

When you complete an intake form, we collect personal details (name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact) and sensitive health information you choose to share (medical conditions, medications, and related answers) so your practitioner can prepare safely for your session. We also collect any feedback you submit, and enquiry details sent through our contact forms.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to prepare for and deliver your session safely, to communicate with you about your booking, and to improve our care. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is stored and who can access it

Records are stored in our secure database (Supabase) and are accessible only to the practitioner. Emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics by default. Optional Google Analytics, which uses cookies, only loads if you accept it via the notice on the site. You can decline without affecting your experience.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request its deletion. To make a request, or to raise a privacy concern, email us at skinrevision@glowcosmetique.com.au.
