Booking & cancellation
Clear terms, so the day itself can be soft.
Booking & deposit
Sessions are $520, prepaid at booking. Your payment secures your time and the preparation that goes into holding the space for you.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, with your deposit transferred to a new booking or refunded (less any payment-processing fees). Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice result in loss of the deposit.
Running late
If you're running late, please call or text as soon as you can. Out of fairness to the day's other sessions, an appointment is forfeited after 15 minutes if no notice is given.
